BMW crowns the M2 series with the CS special model which is strictly limited to 2200 pieces. A worthy conclusion with lots of carbon, less weight and a 450 hp inline six biturbo from the M4 Competition model.

In order to perform even better than the really good Competition model, the engineers have spiced up the CS even more. Weight is saved by lots of carbon. The diffuser, engine hood and roof, for example, are made of the lightweight material in sandwich construction. And the carbon roof not only lowers the center of gravity, it also increases the rigidity of the body. Both increase the agility of the sharpest M2 and reduce the weight by a whopping 40kg. But to prevent the dynamic spectacle from turning into ultra-tight asphalt hobbling, the engineers have given the BMW M2 CS an adaptive suspension that ensures a certain suitability for everyday use if required.

Apart from the visible carbon parts (mirror caps, front splitter, diffuser, Gurney breakaway edge) this M2 CS is painted in the special color Misano Blue metallic which in nature attracts all eyes. Inside, the M2 CS is very exclusively equipped with lots of carbon fiber, Alcantara/leather with red topstitching, and the usual CS embossing on the dashboard.
